Digital Thermometers are a basic tool for predicting ovulation.  By taking your temperature each morning and recording it on a basal body temperature chart, you can see when you may begin to ovulate and which is the best time for home insemination. Ideally your temperature should be taken immediately on waking at the same time every day.
