All orders are dispatched in plain mail bags with no markings to suggest what the contents may be.
UK Customers:
When you open an account with us please be assured your personal data is confidential to us. We will not disclose it to anyone else!
We will endeavour to post your items the next day.
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery. In the event that your order does not arrive please contact us and we will start a trace. We allow 15 days for a product to be considered lost. In order to process a claim for a lost parcel we will require a signed letter from yourself (and that of the delivery address) stating that the goods have not been received. We will then use this information as proof of lost parcel.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order – just email us via the contact page. If you have chosen to pay via Paypal (and your order has not been despatched) we will refund you. If you order has already been despatched, please contact us for a returns number, return the order to us via recorded delivery. Once we recieve your order back we will then refund you. All returns MUST BE as new, unopened and in original packaging.
Payment is through Paypal - a safe and secure means of paying online. Or By Cheque or Postal Order, (goods are dispatched once payment is cleared)
We also accept BACS Payments. Please ensure that you check your email for account instructions following your purchase. Please check your spam box and let us know if you do not receive the instructions.
We do not see your credit/debit card details.
